First entry: where to & the idea

Some months ago, Dino and I decided to have a bike week again - as we have had in Sicily. That was before my blogging-time...


So we gathered some information. One of the first idea was to cycle to Nice. Quit soon we saw that one week was not enough. Therefore we searched for alternative. After a few hours in book, on the maps and internet, it became obvious that the return of the trip would have a big decision factor: Coming back from Lake Garda by public transport would cost a good full day - if not more.

So in the end, we have found our way: From Elm (Canton Glarus) to Lugano (Ticino).... with some passes and hopefully nice trails and dry weather condition. The way is for now only decided down to Poschiavo.

We will try to keep you updated...

    Hoi Zämme,

    wäre ich nicht gerade Papa geworden dieses Jahr, hätt ich mich direkt an Eure Hinterreifen geklemmt:)
    Wollte letztes jahr so nen Trip machen, aber wie es so ist..
    Viel Spass und besseres Wetter !Bike tragen im Schnee macht kei Spass in kurzen Hosen und nassen Schuhen :)
